I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign in Jan 2022
Interview
Very positive interview experience. The overall process was pretty quick compared to previous interviews I've had. I applied on DocuSign company website. Within a couple of days, the recruiter reached out to me to have our first initial interview. The interview was more intense than usual so be expected to really drill down on your previous experience and how it relates to the role. From there I was told I would be moving to the final interview. In the final interview, you are required to put together a presentation. The things you will be covering in your presentation will be:
Some of the biggest take away from previous roles, how does your experience relates to the PDR role, and how does the PDR role fit into your career more broadly.
Then you will complete a swot analysis, and explain indirect and direct selling motions.
Lastly, you will have to craft a partner outreach email.
You will have 20 minutes to discuss your presentation. Time moves pretty quickly once you are discussing your background and going over each slide.
After my presentation, there were roughly 25 minutes scheduled for Q&A from the panel. It was more of a conversation versus an interview. They are trying to understand your process and how it can fit the PDR role. From there they will give you 15 minutes to ask questions as well. The panel welcomed all of my questions and wanted to make sure I had a clear understanding of the role and DocuSign as a company.
Timeline-wise, I got the call a week later from my recruiter stating I received the job! I am extremely excited and I am looking forward to my journey. This was a very relaxing interview process and the team make you feel at ease. Interviewing can be stressful but I would recommend to anyone going through the process to go in and be yourself and let your personality shine!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why DocuSign?
Tell me about a sale you are most proud of?
How would you handle type questions?
What are you doing now in your current role that contributes to your success?
Thank you for the feedback and we are glad that you accepted the offer. Welcome aboard!
Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Docusign in Jul 2025
Interview
I connected with the recruiter and he spoke like a robot like he was reading what he was telling me, it was awful. I also felt like he was discriminating me because I have an accent and when I asked him what are the strenghts for someone taking over this role he said “someone articulate enough” like wtf?
My interview process and experience was positive. I was an internal hire and the process was seamless, efficient and straightforward. I would recommend this process to external and internal hires.
Started with a Phone Screening, then a Zoom Interview & email containing instructions for a presentation. Finally, there was a zoom slideshow presentation followed by a panel interview. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
