Docusign interview questions

I have applied half a dozen times to their Principal Engineer - Full Stack position openings because I fully qualify and my skill set matches their requirements down to the last bullet point. My salary range is within the range they have posted everywhere that I can find. And yet, I keep getting my resume rejected. At this point, the only thing I can think of is discrimination or some kind of personal vendetta against me. It is very strange. Someone at DocuSign needs to look into this.

There were two steps to the interview process. The first was a call with the HR rep. It’s a preliminary screening about your background and also info about the position itself. The second was two groups of two current employees. One group of employees in the current role and the other group was a mix of upper management. Overall, the easiest and best interview process by far. I had interviewed with other software/tech companies that were either confusing about the process or just drawn out for no reason.
