I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in May 2016
Interview
Very quick process. Was contacted by a recruiter, set up a call for the next week. Phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview same week. Got the job offer the next day.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was great! I could tell how great of a company DocuSign was and that they put a lot of effort and time into the process the minute I applied. First there was a phone screening with the recruiter, then went onto an in person interview with the MDR manager and one team lead, then a final in person interview with a vertical specific manager. All the steps were not too stressful and they did a good job of making you feel very comfortable and just have a good conversation as opposed to a typical interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
Received a phone screening, then did a WebEx interview w/ 3 people about a week later. Later flew to the office to interview in person w/ the manager.
Overall very friendly and welcoming experience--just like the company culture. The best way to succeed in a DocuSign interview: come prepared and be yourself.
