Dollar General Assistant Manager interview questions

I just walked in the store and was offered the position and told to fill out my application online. No interview. I was working for another company at the time and shopping as a customer. The Mgr casually asked me if I'd like to work for the company. I agreed, and we began the application process. It was pretty simple.

The interview was well conducted and was hired real quick, except that the background took like 3 weeks to come back. Store manager did the interview same day I applied, very professional.
