Dollar General Assistant Manager interview questions

Slow interview process, extremely unprofessional. Worked there for over two years, and it was horrible. All companies constantly cut hours, that part wasn't surprising. However, the way the DM would talk to us was completely unbelievable - I have never been degraded and talked down to in such a way in my entire life. And having a manager that would call me to work even while I was on vacation was completely insane.

Have an initial interview with district manager where you are asked alot of basic questions what are you got at what would you do in a certain situation ect, if the district manager likes you she will call and set up a second interview with not just the dm but with the store manager to make sure you and the sm gel together.
