Dollar General interview questions

You receive a phone interview with a recruiter and then go on to a interview with a district manager. Some will go to certain store where there will be managers and district managers and will have multiple interviews that day and be hired on the spot. Always be consistent with your answers they will discuss among themselves whether to hire you or not.

Applications are online only and it takes almost an hour to complete. It asks you certain questions like, "What would you do if you knew another employee was stealing?" If you don't answer these type of questions a certain way, your application will automatically be disregarded. If your application is acceptable, you should expect a phone call from the store manager within a week.
