Sit down with manager. Questions on past experience, how I work with people, where my goals are directing me. Talked about past schooling and If I plan on returning to school. Talked about benefits and pay. Talked about if hired I would need a drug screen and background check. Also uniform requirements and what shifts were available. Also talked about loading and unloading of truck procedures on shipment days and about how management levels worked.
