it was easy and fast I was offered a higher position because of prior work experience. The manager was fairly new himself and needed someone he could leave on their own. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. He talked about the company and the expectations. I was familiar with deposits and inventories which was helpful,

Interview
The interview was very brief. Mainly concerned about my school schedule. I walked in randomly and gave the manager my resume. He asked about my availability and told me to go home and do the online application. I did and he called me in for a formal interview which really was just for me to start paperwork and get on the payroll.

Interview
I was asked about my background in retail, detailed what the job entailed and asked further questions about my capabilities. I honesty felt like they wanted someone to do a lot for giving them a measly $9. You had to have an open availability, open and close the store, complete returns, ring customers and other BS.
