Dollar General Store Manager interview questions

Had a phone interview with HR which lasted about 30 minutes. Was contacted by the DM a day later, was asked basic question about management styles, development and customer service lasted about an hour, was then set up with the RM that Friday asked the same question and then told more of what he expected from the store management team. The called to start background and drug test.
