Dollar General Store Manager interview questions

Received Call and Email from recruiter Complete Online Assessment - Some parts of assessment were a bit challenging but it was not timed (although I imagine time you took was factored in). The assessment consisted of a personality type test and basic kills/problem solving. Had phone interview with recruiter day following assessment test. Received call from DM same day and was schedule later that week. Met with the DM and RM the same week. I then was offered a position which I accepted -- took less than week. All three interviews -- the people seem different than you typical company.

I was referred by a former fellow worker and it was very simple. They called, I came in and filled out application met with mgmt, phone interview the next week and was hirred a few days later. Overall a very easy process. They could have pushed things together a little closer, but I know they have a lot of people to talk too.
