E.ON Business Manager Graduate Scheme interview questions

After passing their online tests I was invited to a telephone interview. They asked a range of competency questions and motivation questions about why I wanted to work at E.On. They also asked about how the company compared to their competitors. The interview lasted about 35 minutes. I was informed about the result about 3 weeks later.
