I applied online. I interviewed at E.ON Next (Leicester, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was productive and helped me understand my deficiencies. Atmosphere was good. Improvements can be done. Most questions was related to behavioural aspects and personality. There was no feedback provided despite informing that it will be provided.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at E.ON Next (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
I only completed two stages and pulled out after submitting tech test. Frustratingly there was a lot of time between the two stages (2 weeks between the first and second stage, it did require a fair bit of chasing), which is a shame because I would have liked to completed the process.
1st Stage - Call with Hiring Manager to discuss your CV, very high level technical interview
2nd Stage - This was a take home test, fairly straightforward questions, python + sql

Question 1
High Level Technical questions based on your CV, how you handle difficult situations, describe a challenging project etc.
The take home test was a few questions increasing in difficulty, would advise brushing up on SQL before tackling the take home. You do however have a wek or so to tackle it.
It was a great interview session. There were two interviewers and they were chill and nice. The interview was more like a chat and less like scrutiny, lasting about an hour.
