The interview process At Euro garages was a bit of a rocky journey . Made me wait and a few other candidates for more than 25 min of the appointment time. Very unprofessional and inexperienced interviews with not much vocabulary in use. The interviewer discusses Unethical work practices and further discussed and poor management challenges. The outlook of the building is nice and glossy but overall for an experienced professional person in a glance you can tell this company has no clue about conducting interviews. Basically in a nut shell a very young person with hardly any experience of the job it self is made to interview and then has no control on their behavior. It’s rather odd that an interviewer is telling all sorts of stories of the CEO which was bizarre , I thought is this person trying to put me off or what . But anyhow the interviewer basically wanted reassurance that they want someone that will not challenge our norms and practices . Overall the work culture seems odd and clumsy by the sounds of what I got through the interview
