Applied online (wednesday), then the manager emailed me informing me that my application had been received. The next day I was thanked for applying & told that I was exactly the person they were looking for & wanted me to answer some questions that were extremely simple & was told that "successful candidates would be contacted to arrange an interview" once I replied I had to then wait another day (friday) & was emailed again asking me to arrange a face to face interview & was given the number of the store I had applied for, rang them and arranged an interview for the following wednesday. When I got to the interview I had to imform one of the members of staff I had an interview but due to them being busy they simple forgot (but apologized & then went to inform the manager that I was hear once the store had calmed down a little), the manager came and spoke to me & straight away offered me a drink (the interview took place on the shop floor), she again asked me some questions (there were 2 A4 pieces of paper to fill out - but this also gave the manager time to talk about the store, company, policies, the shifts, the pay etc.) & when the interview ended I was again asked if I wanted a drink & was told that I would be informed the next week if the job was mine. Overall the staff were lovely & the questions were simple. I felt so relaxed and comfortable.
