EG Group interview questions

Phone screening then an invite for a face to face interview. When I arrived I met with the recruiter and hiring manager for the department. It was a behavioral based interview with your typical questions on how you reacted to situations

Applied online, got invited to assessment centre in which there was a group exercise, short 10 minute interview (mainly competency) and 1 logical psychometric test. After that there was a second interview where 2 people interviewed me but were not relaxed. Had a stern face on throughout the interview. They took 3 weeks just to say that i had been unsuccessful.
