Lengthy process and at the end, offer can only be extended if there is an existing signed/confirmed client, reason given was due to year-end recruitment, which is rather frustrating after a 3 round of full-blow interviews with Directors and Partners.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.
