I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Neu-Delhi) in May 2016
Interview
first round was an aptitude test. they asked normal quant and verbal questions. level of difficulty was average then cv shortlisting was done. Then 2 rounds of interview. first was HR and then, a technical one. technical was just like hr, normal interaction with the interviewer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, what do you know about tax, are you an introvert or extrovert, what do u know about ey,
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
