I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Had a laptop interview after applied through school's career fair. There are totally 10 questions, and each given around 2 mins? couldn't remember but have enough time to finish. It is easy in some way because interviewees need to record themselves.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
