Lockere Atmosphäre in den Gesprächen. Beiderseitiges Kennenlernen von hoher Bedeutung. Viel Möglichkeit eigene Fragen zu stellen. Im zweiten Gespräch wurde die Fachkompetenz stark beleuchtet. Zudem gab es auch die Möglichkeit potentielle Kollegen kennenzulernen. Mein Eindruck ist, dass EY großen Wert auf gute Teamzusammenarbeit legt und dafür auch gezielt Kandidaten auswählt, die am besten in das Arbeitsklima passen.

It was a 3-month internship working with securities. Since the HR took a long time, the project manager personally reached out to me to arrange an interview. The interview was easy-going at a cafe. But the questions were focused on how I will perform research in areas that I am not a professional in.

The communication assessment was given to check our communication skills. The technical interview was on financial services. I was asked to write a document on any project I've done. I was also asked dsa. I also had to explain my projects.
