Interview
Na het eerste contact met de recruiter stuurde ik mijn CV door waarop hij deze kon reviewen. Nadat hij dit ok vond, stuurde hij me 2 online testen door die ik moest maken. Vervolgens mocht ik wegens de goede score op de eerder vermelde testen op gesprek gaan en enkele dagen later kreeg ik het definitieve antwoord

Beschrijf jezelf, verloop van studietraject, sterke punten, werkpunten, eerdere ervaringen, waarom wil je bij dit bedrijf werken, en meer specifiek op deze afdeling, etc.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Tell me about a time you worked in a high-performing team
Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
