Simple behavioral questions for round 1 at my college campus. Questions for round 2 consisted of behavioral and personality/experience questions. You interview with 2 people. One is a partner and the other is a professional who is a couple of years away from being a partner. Make sure you know a lot about the services they provide.

Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
