I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2017
Interview
First I go through phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. The HR staff are very friendly, fast and efficient. The phone interview will have simple questions like why EY, introduce yourself, what is your second choice and so on. The face-to-face interview is also quite chill, just treat it as a chit-chatting session. They wont expect you to know a lot as you are just applying for an internship position.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
