Submitted the resume online and received an email asking me to self record the interview, and that's it. They decide to go further with other applicants. I guess you need to be really talkative and likable.
only trick i found during the interview was that the language was switched to french half way through the interview with HR (as I had fluent on my CV), the rest standard, walk me through your CV, why EY, why luxembourg
