I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY (Neu-Delhi) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was great and was normal. They obviously grill you to some extent to have your skills come out and then see on your skills and pressure handling
Be clam and speak out confidently to the HR. As they have major role in your hiring
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
