I submitted an application online, and several months later got an email from a recruiter asking to schedule an exploratory phone call. The call went fine, and I was given the opportunity to do a prerecorded interview with them. I was sent a link, and told I had to complete the interview within 48 hours. I did so, but never heard back from the recruiter, even after repeated emails.

face to face with audit manager and senior associate. behavioural questions were asked along with questions on education. It was a really short interview and got the call a short while after that the job was mine
I had a positive interview experience with EY. The process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment to discuss my background, technical skills, and problem-solving approach.

overall OK and general questions asked, the interview result is quite fast, so it don't take long time to know the result compared to other company who make us wait for a long time.
