After submitting an application, I received a phone call from HR. We discussed the role, next steps and arranged an in-person interview. Next round was in the office and was mostly based on resume; there were some behavioral questions, but nothing technical.
Phone call interview. Asked motivational questions about the industry and EY specifically. Asked to take through CV and tell about yourself. Then asked about an interesting article or market trend

Relatively easy. Start with behaviral interview with 2 senior associate, very casual. 1-2 week after, receive a take home case you have 2 days to complete on an industry. Very straight forward
