Interview
First round is an automated/pre-recorded interview with 5-7 questions.
Second round is the final round. There are three 45 minute interviews. Two behavioral interviews and one case interview.
After the interview you should get a call if you received an offer and an email if you were rejected. You should receive this response within 2 weeks.
Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

Question 1
What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
First started with application, then practice sessions with group, then on interview day, a group zoom call where you enter a room with the person you will be interviewing with.
