I applied through other source. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Oct 2014
Interview
I went for d walk-in interview for Tax Analyst position at Bangalore,India. The process includes GD/Public speaking ,apti test,hr and technical round. In the first round i.e public speaking ,there were 4 topics, one should choose anyone of d same & speak about that for 2mins.This is mainly to check the communication skills of the candidate and I cleared this one. Next round is the apti test which includes 1.email writing 2.accounting 3.maths & logical 4.English. Each section was limited by time.Apti round was full of technical question.Unfortunately,i couldn't clear this round.
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
