I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY in Aug 2008
Interview
Met with manager for face-to-face interview.
Manager's questions focused on my expertise, and skills required for the position.
Much to her credit, interviewer asked about my industry knowledge and technical skills, rather than about what I expected to be doing in five years.
Interview experience helped me to decide to accept offer.
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.
