I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2023
Interview
EY interview process typically involves multiple stages, including initial application screening, online assessments, and interviews. In the audit track, candidates may face case interviews assessing problem-solving and analytical skills, along with behavioral interviews gauging teamwork and communication abilities. Successful candidates progress to a final round interview, possibly with senior staff or partners. The audit process itself entails examining financial records, evaluating internal controls, and issuing reports on a company's financial health and compliance. It involves meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and adherence to professional standards and regulations.
I had a positive interview experience with EY. The process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment to discuss my background, technical skills, and problem-solving approach.
