I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Luxembourg) in Jan 2023
Interview
An initial HR phone call followed by a technical interview with an audit manager to discuss the role and questions based on accounting, very important to do research and know your stuff. There was a set of exams to do before these interviews and I would reccomend learning all the answers to the audit exam

Question 1
About the accountancy standards in Luxembourg and mock accountancy questions
Try telling stories to impress the recruitment team, and it's kinda hard to do so. Also the timer appearing when answering quiz, all the things are making you nervous throughout the one-way video interview.

Question 1
Any experience of leadership?
Any experience of failure?
First round behaviourals and casing, second round plain behavioural with motivation etc. The casing was audit related, with some technicals and then a case about a small firm, and expected difficulties and other regarding auditing.
The interview process was pretty smooth, with the interviews being virtual, and more of a walkthrough of my resume with multiple interviewers. I also found that preparing for follow up questions and pitching myself as a candidate through stories in college was a very helpful approach.
