Primeira entrevista com o RH.
Segunda entrevista com dois Managers da área. Disseram que a terceira seria com a Sócia da área.
A entrevista com o RH foi tranquila, sempre marcada pela característica cultural brasileira.
A entrevista com os managers foi um deleite. Um deles, um rapaz, super gente boa.
Mas a outra pessoa que estava... dava pra sentir o deboche no ar.
Paciência... já me disseram que a cultura da EY é um cocô.
Ao final, mesmo os queridos deixando a entender que haveria uma terceira entrevista (e final) com a sócia da área, elogiando minha formação e conhecimento, que era o meu perfil que eles estavam buscando, recebi um e-mail dizendo que preferiram seguir o processo com outros candidatos.
Livramento? Quem sabe.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
