I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Aug 2008
Interview
If you're interviewing for the Management Trainee position. What they are looking for is someone who wants a career not a job. Enterprise only promotes from within so they're literally trying to hire their future branch managers and company vice presidents usually shortly after college. It's a sales job bottom line and you have to show that you know how to sell. You will be expected to maximize rates and sell coverage products as it is a for-profit business. They want to hear about your experiences in sales and customer service.
Typically after you apply you should be called within a few days by the regional recruiter and conduct an on the spot 15 minute phone interview. If they like you they will tell you at the end they want you to come in for an interview with the recruiter. Then about a week later you'll interview with a branch manager (typically at the office you will start at) and if they like you your last interview will be with a regional rental manager or regional vice president who makes the final call. You should hear back within about a week to see if you got it and you should be expected to start almost immediately.
Also wear a suit and look conservative. A bad pair of shoes can cost you this job. They want a professional and outgoing personality. Do not apply if you have a poor driving record or convictions, you won't get it. You may be asked to submit a drug test at various times during your employment.

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
