I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2010
Interview
The online application was long and redundant. The phone interview was uninformative so I had to agree to a face toface interview in order to get more information. The face to face interview was misleading although I did get some background on the company and a lot of success stories about other manager trainees who had rapidly advanced throught the ranks. After that I was scheduled for an onsite interview with a store manager, on the day before teh interview I was called to confirm and when I arrived the following day I waited approximately 90 minutes for the manager who never bothered to show up or call to cancel or say he wasn't coming in that day. While in the office i noticed a lot of things that bothered me like the length of time customers were waitign for service, short abrupt phone conversations when people called with questions, and apparently under-staffed. My advice----steer clear of this place, they consume all the daylight hours of your life... including weekends, micromanage, speak about customer service but beat you into submission with sales quotas. The traiing they provide for those who can stand the abuse is exceptional, which will make you an asset somewhere else, but it is definitely not the place for educated career minded individuals who are looking for a career change.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
