I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2010
Interview
I did the phone interview first, then got setup with a 1:1 interview with the recruiter who actually turned out to be the regional hr manager. The 1:1 interview was very easy, she asked basic situational questions about sales and customer service and then set me uo for the next interview with the store I will be working in. I am going to that one this week, so thats why im on this website to see how it is.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
