Essentia Health interview questions

The first step was to meet with Hr recruiter to do a phone screen. After initial phone screen was selected for phone interview to gauge level of knowledge. After passing phone screen I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. After the onsite interview I was made an offer.

Took about three months until I was scheduled for an interview and then another month until I actually started, so its a slow process. Fairly basic questions about experience and your general mood/attitude. Interviewed by a group of 3 each alternating questions. After the interview was shown around the pharmacy and briefly given a description of what took place.
