Essentia Health interview questions

Normal interview questions, not too hard and was only one interview. Three people in the interview asking questions from the team. No one from HR. Name a time when, what would you do if, etc

They require you to partake in a 2 hour interview AND you must prepare a presentation. What a waste of time for candidates not moving forward in the process. Save that for the final round if necessary. Where’s my compensation for my time AND work? Got ghosted for months until finally getting a rejection letter.
