Essentia Health interview questions

They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions thoroughly. They responded promptly and were available to answer questions even after the interview. I got a good sense of the company I would be working with and their expectations.

Very slow, from time of application to time of interview it took about 4 months. Interview went very well, but it's been 2 months since then and I have heard nothing. I guess if you don't get the job, they don't feel the need to tell you. Interviewer asked if I was familiar with insurance billing and charting for maximum reimbursement, so definitely got the feeling they are very concerned about profit.
