Flix Data Engineer interview questions

The interview process went fine until the very end. The screening call was followed by a Codility task (rather simple) and then a technical video call. After that, I was invited to a personal interview in their office, which went pretty smooth from my opinion. They promised to give me the feedback in 1-2 weeks. After more than 2 weeks passed, I got an email asking me to schedule a 30-minute call in 8 days. I was almost sure that was going to be an offer - but it turned out to be an awkward 3-minute call with a simple rejection. It just felt extremely unprofessional from their side.
