Four rounds total: initial recruiter screen, conversation with the hiring manager, a case study presentation (~24 hours of preparation on my side), and a final interview. The team I interacted with was professional and the questions were well-structured. The case study was substantial — focused on real business challenges relevant to the role, which I appreciated as it allowed me to demonstrate strategic thinking. Feedback after the final stage took longer than expected and was high-level rather than specific, which made it hard to take learnings forward. Overall a thorough but slow process — worth knowing the time investment upfront.
