Was contacted by the HR around a week after applying, a few weeks later had the first interview, it lasted 30-40 minutes and was easy and quite interesting, they asked a few questions about marketing campaigns, how I would tackle a new market etc. The HR person suggested that I’m a good match and will be in touch. I have sent a thank you note and haven’t heard back for 2-3 weeks, after which the HR tried to set up an interview the next day, had the second interview, which was very similar to the first one.
