Flix Operations Manager interview questions

1st Round - HR Manager (MS Teams call) 2nd Round - Head of Safety (MS Teams call) 3rd Round - Head of Business Dev (MS Teams call + Case Study) 4th Round- UK Managing Director (onsite interview) Process took 2 months. HR communicated well thoughout, however I had multiple interviews reschedulded at short notice. Feedback: - Interviewers were all friendly and easy to talk to. - Three interviews before meeting the hiring manager seemed like overkill. A lot of repetition. - The interview process didn't really make me feel like flixbus was a particularly great place to work. Even at the fourth round, the interview was one-way.
