I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fluor (Sugar Land, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
total three managers to interview separately. No technical questions, just ask your past work experience and job duties. No any other difficult questions. It is a very easy interview. Try to be confident what you have done before. Try to show you can do anything they request. If they have a big project ongoing, they will hire you badly. If they don't have any new project come in, you won't be hired. total three managers to interview separately. No technical questions, just ask your past work experience and job duties. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fluor (Sugar Land, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Interview was fast and hiring was also quite fast- Because they needed people at the time. They just fired them later. They just hoarded people especially process engineers when they had a little backlog of projects. They almost let all of the people go that they hired during that time. Hence the interview was not that hard.
