Interview
Very chaotic Interview Process. First I was interviewed by recruiter who was barely reacting to my anwsers. At the end of the interwiev I was informed I am gonna receive email with the test which is the next stage of recruitment process. I didin't. Two months later I got another call from another recruiter who seemed not to know that I was already interviewed. Again I was told that I am gonna receive test. I didn't. After another two months later I got another call and another promise. This time I received email with test. Test wasn't very complicated, but consisted from many tasks and questions so it took a few hours to get it done. I didn't get any feedback except generic email confirming that they received my test.
Lengthy and a bit chaotic , but overall a positive experience. Good communication from HR. Main interest was language skills and biggest part of the interview was testing my English skills
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foundever
Interview
I was interviewed in Chennai. Took hardly a day. The best part is they will let you know the result on the very day. Very plain interview. The HR Manager basically tests your verbal and written communication skills, post which the Ops Manager tests your basic technical skills ( trouble-shooting).
