Totally unprofessional hiring team. Lack of effective communication and understanding of candidate's time. I would not recommend this place to anyone honestly. It took forever to get update regarding anything and they do not officially inform you of decisions made.

I applied online. I interviewed at G-Research (London, England)
Interview
First an online test (mostly straightforward probability, stats and ML, but a couple of questions needed financial knowledge and there were a couple of screw-balls in there), triage interview via zoom, intense interview day in person.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at G-Research (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
5 stage process over a few months, really good interviews and people to talk to. Recruiter initially very responsive, however feedback after final round was very disappointing as I had to follow up before hearing anything after 2 weeks, and that too was lacking anything real reasoning that would help a candidate.
