I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at G-Research (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
Very typical, lots of coding tests. The team was focused on functional programming and hft but not most competitive opportunities. Very high security, paranoid about leaking IP. Team was friendly and questions weren't incredibly difficult, they seemed willing to bring people up to speed on functional programming as long as you were smart.

Interview
The interview process consisted in an online proctored quiz, with some other interviews rounds if you pass the quiz. The suggested material to prepare the interview was partial and at least three of the topic's questions of the quiz were not listed and were quite technical (economic and finance).
