GE interview questions

The interview was rushed and disorganized. I didn't have time to ask many questions and felt in some ways like they knew I could do the job and were just happy to fill the seat. They appeared quite stressed and overworked - clearly they needed to hire resources at lightning speed. No difficult quesions - just wanted to validate that I had all the skills and experience to get on board and hit the ground running.

I was sent an e-mail with 16 majority Technical questions !!!!! Unusual to me!!! One was salary expectation and one was will you relocate without any relocation assistance? I said it depends on the offer and I like to relocate. Second interview was phone interview came from same HR lady who said what if I give 10k more and let you work from where you live !!! I was thrilled to hear that !! I said that can be great !!! She said I will check with the Manager - Again very unusual !!!! Two days later I got an e-mail rejecting the offer... This is my 3rd time different ways of rejection but every time tricked by the HR. I was willing to take the job and willing to relocate as well !! GE will be my very last choice from now on since any biggest outsources employers are my very last choice.
