It was a comprehensive three-stage process, including general, HR, and technical rounds. The initial stage focused on overall suitability, the HR round assessed cultural fit, and the technical stage tested specific skills and problem-solving abilities.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Reminderville, OH) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very Detailed technical questions regarding the field I would've have been working in. For example, i applied to be a turbine engineer, fresh graduate. They asked me the process of the Rankine Cycle. In addition, they also asked a couple of troubleshooting procedures. The interviewer was very respectful, HR was also a treat to deal with. Overall good company, my best advise is to prepare for this interview from both the technical aspect and the general questions.
The interview was of two rounds. First was screening and second was managerial. Initially over the call they had my basic info discussion and then in managerial, we discussed related to the offered responsibilities.
