The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google in Jan 2022
Interview
It was an extensive process with a lot of intensive technical questions being asked by the interviewers. Most of those questions seemed to have been inspired/taken from Leetcode. The main topics involved were data structures and algorithms. The main data structures being arrays, linked lists, hash maps, etc.

Question 1
Q: If I could change the world for the better by insuring equal pay amongst all people, would I give up being paid in the upper 1 percent for the salary profile of my job description which option would I chose?
It was laid-back and heavy on data structures questions, I didn't make it past the second phase. I had an overall good experience though. I'd say do your homework and really make sure you understand data structures and algorithms.
