The interview process was as corporate and formal as it gets. They provide you with guides for how to succeed in their interviews, however, on top of preparing, you need to have very clever and ideal responses to your past experience, what your motivation is to work there, and the curveball scenario question they throw you. The chances to build rapport were quickly shut down.

Question 1
There is a (insert physical storefront type here) that wants to expand their clientele. What would be your approach via Google ads?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
